The Lions left everything on the field in their postseason showdown, with senior leadership and strong defensive play keeping the match tight throughout. Lehigh Valley struck first midway through the opening half, taking a 1–0 lead into the break. Early in the second half, the hosts doubled their advantage before Zack Wilcox answered for Schuylkill in the 69th minute, finishing a setup from Michael Merianos to pull the Lions within one. Despite a flurry of late saves by goalkeeper Bryce Hensley—who recorded an impressive 17 saves on 20 shots faced—Lehigh Valley added an insurance goal in the closing minutes to seal the win.
Schuylkill tallied 15 total shots, with nine on target, led by Wilcox, Luke Smith, and Connor Troutman, while the back line battled to the final whistle.
