Schuylkill Women’s Basketball Drops Season Opener at King’s College

Penn State Schuylkill women's basketball opened their 2024-2025 season on the road against King's College in a competitive game that saw the Lions fall 56-52.

Key Performers for Schuylkill:

• Tajae Stevenson posted a dominant double-double, leading the team with 19 points and 14 rebounds, shooting 50% from the floor.
• Nadia King contributed 12 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists while playing 31 minutes.

King's College was paced by Cadie Lewis, who recorded a double-double with 14 points and 12 rebounds. The Monarchs' defense forced 10 turnovers and limited Schuylkill to 31.3% shooting from the field.

The Lions will look to bounce back in their next game on November 12 at Division II Mansfield at 5:30pm.
