Despite solid contact at the plate, Schuylkill struggled to keep pace with a red-hot Harrisburg offense in the opener. The Lions tallied six hits but were held to a single run, an RBI single from Keira Devor in the third inning. Harrisburg struck early with a four-run first and added insurance in the sixth to seal the 8-1 win. Megan Marks went the distance in the circle but was tagged for 12 hits and eight runs (six earned).

Schuylkill bounced back in a gritty nightcap to earn a signature win over the Division III Lions. A patient and opportunistic second inning saw Schuylkill plate three runs, capitalizing on an RBI walk by Cealinn McGroarty and a two-run error. From there, Emma Crisswell was lights out—tossing a complete game with 11 strikeouts and stranding multiple Harrisburg runners late. The Lions' defense played clean behind her to preserve the 3-2 victory.
