DUBOIS, Pa. – Penn State Schuylkill Softball fell in the elimination round of the USCAA World Series to Carlow University.
Carlow scored the game's first runs in the top of the second as consecutive doubles gave them three total for the inning. A home run hit in the top of the fourth added an additional two runs to their total. Carlow put the game out of reach in the top of the sixth inning where five hits ultimately led to five runs.
Jade Weiss, Morgan Kleckner, Alyssa Youst, Mackenzie Carl, Kaely Walshaw, and Megan Marks all hit singles for Schuylkill.
