Penn State Schuylkill men's volleyball faced a challenging nonconference matchup on the road Thursday evening, falling 3–0 to Wilson College at Wilson College Gymnasium.
Wilson took control early and maintained momentum throughout the match, winning by set scores of 25-16, 25-13, and 25-6.
The Lions showed their most balanced effort in the opening set, recording seven kills with a .136 hitting percentage, highlighted by strong defensive play to stay within striking distance early. However, Wilson's offense began to find rhythm in the second set, posting 13 kills with an impressive .550 hitting percentage to widen the gap.
Schuylkill continued to battle defensively with several key digs and blocks, but Wilson maintained pressure from the service line and limited the Lions' offensive opportunities in the final set.
