Lions Battle Fast Greens at Valley Country Club

Penn State Schuylkill golf turned in a solid effort on a tough track, finishing with a team score of 341 at Valley Country Club. Rylen Matlock led the way with a 79, followed closely by Cole Yelinek's 81. Rounding out the scoring were Hayden Lee (90), Bryce Peiffer-Lesher (91), Branson Devitt (92), Hogan Troutman (96), and Shawn Kelly (103).

The team battled quick greens and tight fairways throughout the round, gaining valuable experience as they continue to build consistency. Penn State DuBois took home top team honors on the day.

Next up, the Lions travel to Penn State Lehigh Valley on Thursday for their next PSUAC match.
