Heartbreaker in USCAA Championship Ends Historic Season

Buffalo, NY – A dream season for Penn State Schuylkill (21-11) came to a dramatic and heartbreaking close in the USCAA National Championship as Miami-Hamilton (22-7) edged the Lions 53-52 on a controversial final shot.

In a game defined by defensive intensity and clutch moments, Penn State Schuylkill led 28-27 at halftime behind strong three-point shooting from Andrew Sepp (5-for-8 from deep) and aggressive play from Issac Lane (19 points, 7 rebounds).

The second half remained tight, with both teams trading leads. With just seconds left, Miami-Hamilton hit a game-winning jumper that was initially questioned as a potential three-pointer but ultimately ruled a two, sealing Schuylkill's one-point defeat.

Despite the tough ending, the Lions put up a valiant effort, showcasing the resilience and grit that defined their season.
