Lions Fall in Thriller Against Penn State Berks

Game Recap:
Penn State Schuylkill and Penn State Berks engaged in a nail-biting non-conference matchup that featured 19 lead changes and 14 ties. Berks edged out the victory with clutch free throws and late-game execution.

The game remained tight from the start, with neither team able to build a double-digit lead. Schuylkill led by as many as 7 points midway through the second half, thanks to a quick 7-0 run sparked by Amir Gray's fast-break dunk and three-pointer. Berks responded with an 8-0 run of their own, fueled by Andre Ballard's scoring and defensive stops, reclaiming the lead in the final minutes.

The Lions had a chance to tie the game in the final seconds but couldn't convert a contested three-pointer. Schuylkill returns to action on Friday at home at 8pm against nonconference opponent Central Penn which will also be Teddy Bear Toss Night at halftime of the game benefitting Toys for Tots.
