Bio
Michael Lesher is set to enter his 3rd season at Penn State Schuylkill in 2025-26.
Working primarily with hitters, Lesher has coached thirteen hitters to All-Conference honors, three All-American selections, and three players to over 100 career hits. He helped raise the team batting average to .325 in 2025, the second highest single-season team average in school history.
Lesher has been a long-time assistant of Evangelista. The pair have been coaching together for over 30 seasons combined between high school, legion, and collegiate levels.
Lesher resides in Shoemakersville with his wife Amy. He has three grown children, Logan, Kassidy, and Brea.
