Lehigh-Carbon knocks off Lady Lions 71-62
Lady Lions fall to 3-6 on the year after non-conference loss
Schuylkill drops non-conference home game to Lehigh-Carbon C.C., 71-62. The Lady Lions received strong performances by Laneesha Harrison (Senior/Bartrum Bunisess) and Shannon Kenney (Freshman/ Lourdes) each recording a double-double. Harrison led Lady Lions with 24 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, 9 of which were offensive. Kenney added 14 points and 16 rebounds.
In the end, it was not enough as Lehigh Carbon closed the game on a 7-0 run, as Schuylkill failed to score in the final 2:05 of the game.
