Penn State Schuylkill took an early 8-2 lead only to see Penn State Wilkes Barre tie the game at 10-10. In the first extra frame, Schuylkill took a one-run advantage on a Tyler Starry rbi single. After an intentional walk to pitcher, Ryan King, to load the bases, shortstop Kyle Kaledas stepped to the plate and hit a grand slam to break to game open. Kaledas's second homerun of the game.
King was able to shut down Wilkes Barre in order in the bottom of the 8th to secure the victory, 15-10.
